As walking is one of my ways to unwind after a day of consulting I am always happy when I can find a beautiful place to walk. The Bird Park in Walpole was no exception. It was a peaceful place to walk with multiple paths to choose from. Just as I began my stroll I spotted this little stream (brook?) alive with green. I was struck by the moss on the rocks in the water. Honestly, I thought that was something that you'd only see in a Tolkein movie adaptation.

|Can you see the squirrel? He's in a stand-off with the goose.|
When I left for the walk rain was in the air. It had been raining most of the day, but broke mid-day. This gave me just enough time to get a couple miles in. As you can see, I was really racing the next storm. Is that not beautiful?
